The link Lightning came to town for an official WNBL game against Dandenog Rangers.
The Lightning girls were kind enough to give their time and take a session with our up and coming players.
Jess Foley takes the girls through the defense steps. All the Lightning girls had the local youngsters eating out of their palms. The local coaches would love to have the same.
Hands in at the end of the session. As you can see the young players loved it.
Not to mention one of the Lightning players had a birthday also!!
