Sheed's welcomed the kids back with some grass sessions...Just a simple walk over to the athletics track and some small drills and the athletes were into it.
Variety has been the key with Sheed's, and it has helped the kids train harder everyday and maintain interest..
They are all on Holidays so keeping then interested has been hard, but they all show up everyday.
Back into the stadium after and on with some light ball work...and a coordination drill...
